About the project.
Two partners starting from scratch in the competitive wholesale essential oil industry.
The problem lay in how to position the business.
Imagewise, the industry had polarised into two camps: the touchy-feely or the cold, no-frills.
The first promised understanding but no supporting business skills, the second promised straight-up delivery but no real personal support. Either way, the potential clients were left out in the cold.
The strategy? Engage the client with a personal voice, present information both easily and precisely, emphasise the feminine and deliver deliver deliver!
The website was developed to be welcoming, simple to navigate, contain plenty of information and to involve the viewer.
With a strong identity system in place and a progressive management style, the company grew from the two principals to a staff of twenty within a few years.
