If I am interested, should I tell everybody at work?
No. The last thing you want is for the staff to anticipate that the next person through the door might be from ImageAssist. That's not only for the sake of a more accurate ImageAssist Report but also for your actual clients, who might be treated differently.
Is The Undercover Client suitable for all businesses?
No. The Undercover Client won't be suitable for everyone. The nature of some businesses is such that it will be inappropriate or simply ineffective. In these cases, other methods to gather information will be considered.
What if The Undercover Client is not suitable for my business? What happens then?
We'll use other methods to gather information. Online client surveys, for example. As always, the mix of techniques depends on the nature of the business itself.
Will you be doing staff assessments?
No! We do not judge individual performances and we will not be pressed into giving that kind of information under any circumstances. The ImageAssist Report concerns the business as a whole.
Isn't The Undercover Client disruptive to sales processes and expectations?
It's important to establish up front the appropriate way for ImageAssist to help your business so this does not occur.
How can The Undercover Client go through a complex sales path or one that involves specialised and expensive equipment or processes?
Probably not. The level to which The Undercover Client can enter your business depends on the nature of the business itself.
Will you conduct client surveys?
As stated above, client surveys might be used when The Undercover Client is deemed inappropriate or when supplemental information is needed.
Do you conduct ImageAssist in other cities and countries?
