What image are you really sending out to your clients?
Everyone knows that image is important. But even in companies with defined marketing strategies, image can seem totally disconnected from the day-to-day routine. You have no idea how the company comes across to your clients and you're simply too busy pulling levers and putting out spot fires to delve any deeper.
Worse still, you see other companies with buzzing, vibrant images and you wonder how they do it. How come they can do what seems perfectly impossible to you at the moment?
But hold on, isn't image just logos, letterheads and websites?
The designed "face" that you present to your clients is obviously crucially important. But image runs much deeper than that. Every single interaction you have with a client – a phone call, invoicing, product delivery, the navigation system on your website – reflects something about the effectiveness, vision and ethics of your company.
With every interaction, the client subtly modifies the image that they hold. Naturally they are drawn to deal with a business that has a strong sense of itself, a business that is manifesting its vision and purpose.
Everyone likes to deal with a company like that. That's why image, when properly harnessed, can be so powerful.
So what is ImageAssist?
The aim of ImageAssist is to help you transform your business into that kind of ethical, inspirational powerhouse.
To do this, you align every aspect of your business to a higher vision than just the normal day-to-day spotfire management. This might seem impossible. It might seem impractical. But in fact this process makes day-to-day business easier. With this perspective, your business runs much more smoothly and your clients pick up the buzz.
How does ImageAssist work?
There are three main steps in the ImageAssist process:
1 The Undercover Client
In this step, an ImageAssist "operative" becomes a client of your business without revealing their purpose or identity.
Information is gathered through observation and, most importantly, through direct experience. We see what the client sees, feel what the client feels.
The depth and manner to which this step can be applied depends on the size and nature of your business.
2 Vision Briefing
The crux of the ImageAssist process is to ascertain the current gap between how you see the business and how your clients see the business. That gap provides valuable clues as to how your current practice is matching your vision.
To do that, we obviously need to understand your concept of the business purpose and vision.
This will be an informal meeting, almost a brainstorming. We're not interested in Corporatespeak or dry theory. We want to know the real passion behind the business. The heart and soul.
3 The ImageAssist Report
The final step, The ImageAssist Report, lays it all out for you.
Each aspect of your business image is considered. A detailed picture is drawn and specific recommendations made.
But this isn't some dry, heavy-handed essay. It's an easy-to-read yet comprehensive analysis.
Who can benefit from ImageAssist?
Programs can be tailored for most businesses, from small and medium sized businesses through to larger companies. The Undercover Client in particular can provide information to larger corporates that current marketing strategies might not be able to provide.
Each ImageAssist program is tailored to the specific size and nature of your business to gain maximum results.
